Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the purchase, use, and transfer of tickets for this event : “A Night with The RockQueen Ella – Live in Doha”,
organised by MyQ Events (“the Organizer”) with the suppport of Malaysian Association of Qatar (MAQ)
By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Holder” / “You”) agree to these T&Cs and any venue-specific rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or update these T&Cs. Any changes will be published at least Seven (7) days before taking effect

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods with Fawran (In Qatar) and Credit Card (Outside Qatar)
  • Payment must be completed to confirm the booking
  • The Organizer is not responsible for failed or declined payments due to banking or technical issues.

2. Ticket Delivery & Collection

  • E-tickets will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information.

3. Ticket Usage

  • Tickets are valid only for the specified event date, time, and venue.
  • One ticket per person (unless stated otherwise for a specific category).
  • Ticket Holders must keep their ticket with them at all times during the event.
  • Each ticket holder is responsible for the safekeeping of their own ticket.
  • If a ticket is found to be fake, invalid, damaged, or used in violation of the terms, the Organizer may cancel the ticket without refund, and entry will be denied
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced, refunded, or reissued under any circumstances.

4. Refund / Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by the Organizer.
  • Force Majeure: The Organizer is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
    (e.g., government directives, natural disasters).

5. Event Rules & Conduct

  • Strictly No admission for infant and children below the age of 12 years old
  • Ticket holders aged 12–17 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all time
  • Entry may require presenting a valid Online ticket sent to the buyers before the Event
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
  • Dress Code: Attendees are required to dress modestly, meaning clothing should cover the shoulders and extend below the knee.
  • No illegal items or restricted materials allowed
  • No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the ballroom unless stated otherwise.
  • The venue reserves the right to confiscate items or deny entry if non-compliance occurs.

6. Media / Photography

  • By attending, participants agree to be photographed / recorded, and consent to usage of their image in event promotional material.
  • Attendees who prefer not to be filmed or photographed must inform the Organizer in advance.

7. Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring at the venue.
  • The Organizer is not liable for technical issues affecting the ticketing system, including delays, errors, or system interruptions.

8. Privacy & Data Use

  • Personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number, payment details) may be collected during ticket purchase
  • Data may be used for:
  • ◦ Ticket confirmation and communication
    ◦ Event-related updates
    ◦ Marketing (only with consent)
    ◦ Analytics and operational   improvements
  • Assurance of data security and compliance with local privacy laws

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Applicable law and jurisdiction
  • Any complaints, disputes, or claims will be handled through the Organizer’s internal process, and may proceed to mediation or legal channels if unresolved.
