Ticketing & Purchase
1. Who is eligible to buy the tickets?.
- Any Malaysians living in Qatar.
- Ticket holders must be 12 years old and above. Children aged between 12 to 17 must be accompanied by adults.
- Malaysians’ diaspora in GCC or other countries.
2. Can I transfer or resell my ticket if I cannot attend?
- Transfer and resell of tickets is possible with mutual agreement among the involved parties. The organizer will not be
responsible.
3. Can I cancel my ticket and obtain a refund? What if the event is postponed or cancelled?
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled or postponed. In such cases, refund or rescheduling options will be announced.
4. Tickets are not yet on sale —can I pre-book? How will tickets be sold?
- Pre-booking is not available. Tickets will be sold through official online ticketing platform as announced by the organizer.
5. Can I buy tickets in bulk? How many tickets can I purchase? Are there group discounts?
- Yes, the online ticketing platform allows purchase for as many tickets as you wish, however with no group discounts as ticket prices remain the same.
6. Is ticket sales limited to Malaysians only? Can overseas fans buy tickets?
- The event is mainly dedicated for Malaysians living in Qatar. However, Malaysians diaspora living in GCC countries can buy the tickets whenever they are made available at a later stage.
7. If I already bought a seat number, can I change it?
- Seat changes are not guaranteed. Requests may be considered only if availability allows.
8. Do I need to provide individual details for each ticket holder? Will I receive confirmation upon purchase?
- Yes, ticket holder’s basic details are required. A confirmation email with e-ticket (with QR code) will be issued upon purchase and proof of payment.
9. What if I face errors, lost, or deleted my e-ticket email confirmation? Who should I contact?
- Please contact the official ticketing support team immediately for troubleshooting.
10. How many tickets/seats are available for sale?
- The event has a limited seat capacity of about 550 seats across three categories: Gold, Silver and Standard.
Seating & Venue
11. How purchased seats are being assigned? Are there different price zones?
- Seating is assigned according to Gold, Silver and Standard ticket categories and respective seat number.
12. Are seats arranged with dining tables?
- No, seating is arranged in theatre style without dining tables. Cocktail-style dinner will be available at the ballroom foyer.
13. If I get a seat at the back, will I still see and hear clearly?
- Yes, the venue will be equipped with professional sound and visual systems to ensure clear viewing and listening from all
areas.
14. What are the general hall rules? Can I leave and re-enter the venue during the event?
- Guests must follow all venue and event regulations as outlined on the ticketing website. Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket and wristband. However, during stage performances, guests must maintain respectful conduct and orderly movement
Concert Experience
15. Can I record or livestream (IG Live, FB Live) during the concert?
- Professional recording or livestreaming is not permitted. Personal photos/videos for own collection are allowed provided it is not obstructing other viewers.
16. Will Ella perform with a live band or minus one?
- Ella will be performing live with bands (will be revealed at a later stage)
17. How long is the concert?
- The stage performance is scheduled from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m., while registration will begin at 5:30pm.
18. Are audience members allowed to go on stage
- No, stage access is restricted to performers and authorized crew, unless authorized for special reason.
19. Will attendees have the opportunity to meet Ella and take photographs
- Gold Ticket holders have access to meet-and-greet opportunities in a designated room; otherwise, strict security measures are enforced.
Rules & Safety
20. Is there any minimum age restriction?
- Children under 12 are not allowed. Minors aged 12–17 must be accompanied by adults.
21. Can I bring items like power banks? What items are prohibited?
- Small items like power banks are allowed. All personal belongings are subjected to hotel security check. Example of prohibited items: sharp objects, large banners, outside food/drinks, professional recording gear and flammable items.
22. Is there a dress code?
- Attendees are required to wear modest clothing; revealing or provocative attire is not allowed, and outfits should not be offensive or attention-seeking. Security personnel may deny entry to anyone not adhering to these guidelines
23. What happens if I fall seriously ill during the event? Is first aid available?
- Yes, first aid and medical assistance will be available at the venue.
24. Is this event open for all Malaysian in Qatar or only MAQ member?
- Open for all (refer FAQ #1)
Parking, Access & Facilities
25. Is parking available at or near the event venue?
- Yes, on-site hotel parking is available. Additional parking nearby areas are subject to availability.
26. What is the appropriate arrival time and event agenda?
- To ensure smooth registration process, we advise all guests to arrive early. Event program is as follows:
5:30 PM – Guest Registration and Cocktail-style dinner
6:30 PM – Buffet Dinner for all Guests
7:00 PM – Arrival of VIP Guest and Ballroom door opens
7:45 PM – Ballroom Doors Closed
8:00 PM – 11.30 PM – Stage performance and exclusive Meet & Greet session for Gold Ticket holders. Event concludes.
27. Is there a smoking area nearby?
- Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel, but designated smoking areas are available outside the building
28. Are there facilities or special access for wheelchair users?
- Yes, the venue has wheelchair access and facilities. However, wheelchairs are not provided by the organizer or hotel.
29. Is there a prayer room provided?
- Yes, prayer facilities are available.
30. Are there package discounts if staying at Hilton Doha Hotel?
- Special accommodation packages may be offered by Hilton Doha. Please check directly with the hotel.
Merchandise & Fan Engagement
31. Will Ella merchandise (like T-shirts) be sold? What’s the budget range?
- Yes, official merchandise such as T-shirts will be available for sales through pre-booking and collection prior to the event. Purchase platform, date, time, location for distribution will be provided soon.
32. Can fans give gifts or letters to Ella (via staff/crew)?
- Fans may hand over gifts or letters to security staff for screening and collection, and shall be handed over to Ella after the
event.
33. Will there be food and merchandise stalls inside?
- No, business or sales transactions are not permitted under the hotel’s regulations. As for food, a light dinner buffet will be provided in the foyer area
Food & Drinks
34. Can I bring my own food and drinks into the hall?
- No, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the Ballroom
35. What type of food will be served? Can I request alternatives if I have allergies?
- All food will be clearly labelled for guests’ information. If you have any concerns, please consult the event organizer
